Our matching process begins with a personal interview in our Toronto office or in London, Kingston or Ottawa. At this time we meet with each person and learn about their likes, dislikes and preferences. We then search our files for the perfect match. Once we have selected an excellent introduction we call both members to tell them about each other in detail and obtain their approval. Names and phone numbers are then exchanged. We ask each person to call after their introduction with feedback so we can fine tune the process.
